Videogames
The Videogames learning pathway, delivered in italian, is the first and only one in Italy. It aims to provide an overview of the gaming industry and the skills required to pursue a career and capture the opportunities of a global and constantly growing sector. In particular, this curriculum aims to train the professional figure of the '"Video games and interactive media specialist"; a figure recognized and in high demand by companies operating in the video game industry.
The approach to training is based on the philosophy of learning by doing: providing solid theoretical foundations but always usable to complete what is professionally required in the gaming industry. The course of study is enriched with qualified company internships and experimental workshops.
The Videogames learning pathway ranges from the more technical and creative aspects related to game development (game design, concept art and art direction, 3D modeling and animation, programming, sound design and audio post-production, interactive storytelling, etc.) to those related to business, more pertaining to the humanities and economics (game publishing, marketing, communication, press office and PR management, video game journalism and criticism, product management, etc.).
The degree course employs a teaching staff entirely selected from leading professionals working at the highest levels of industry in Italy and abroad.
